Notes

Kata is Napa Valley's new under-the-radar sensation and the brainchild of David Beckstoffer, from the venerated Beckstoffer farming family. Kata was born when, in 2010, Beckstoffer Vineyards purchased 13 acres of the legendary Bourn Vineyard, giving David the premium land he desired to launch his own label. Kata is a subtle, nuanced Bordeaux Blend produced by rising star and Bordeaux native Benoit Touquette. Yet to be reviewed by Robert Parker or Wine Spectator, this young sophisticated brand has garnered a strong following amongst oenophiles. With annual production of just 500 cases, Kata bottles a tiny number of magnums, which we are thrilled to be able to offer to E-Cep customers.
